Shipping costs are not included in the price
Shipping cost are:
- US: $7.99
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 for the US.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We take 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order and ship.
After shipment you will receive your order in:
- US: 3 - 7 business days
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for orders processing.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
You are responsible for paying all additional charges, when asked by your local authorities.
Alpaca Origins will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
- Any force majeure incident beyond our control
- Lost packages during international transit.
- Currency exchange rates any bank may have.
